Role Overview
The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales results, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and leading the training and growth of store staff. The role involves cultivating client loyalty and enhancing brand visibility through a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and implement sales targets aimed at improving store profitability
- Recruit, coach, and evaluate the performance and efficiency of store employees
- Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment
- Manage inventory levels and oversee daily store operations
Qualifications and Experience
- Completion of high school or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience managing retail store operations
- Strong customer focus paired with a positive and proactive attitude
