This role as a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) is designed to prepare you for a future leadership position as a Store Manager.

Program Overview

The SMIT program is a 16-week development initiative combining self-paced and collaborative learning. You’ll engage in both virtual and hands-on experiences, supported by your District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to foster growth towards store leadership.
