Store Incharge

About the Role

The Code Place Consulting is seeking a diligent and methodical Store Incharge to oversee day-to-day store functions, maintain inventory, and ensure proper stock management. This position welcomes fresh candidates holding a Diploma qualification who possess fundamental computer skills and a knack for organization.

Primary Duties

• Oversee the acceptance, storage, and issuance of goods and materials.
• Keep meticulous inventory and stock documentation.
• Track stock availability and alert on shortages or surplus.
• Generate records related to goods receipts and dispatches.
• Organize the storage of materials correctly within the store.
• Liaise with procurement and warehouse departments to maintain stock levels.
• Perform routine stock checks and assist with inventory audits.
• Maintain cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols in the store environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma qualification; freshers are eligible to apply.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Familiarity with inventory control and stock management practices.
• Competence in record keeping supported by basic computer skills.
• Preferably some knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and effective time management.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Full-time position with day shift working hours.
• Monthly salary ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹17,000, comprising a fixed component of ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 and performance bonuses reaching ₹2,000.
