Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of communal areas within residential developments
• Manage and monitor waste disposal processes, including completing statutory bin runs and ensuring bins are ready for collection
• Coordinate with local waste management authorities as needed
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including conducting routine system tests
• Carry out daily inspections of the site and report maintenance needs or other concerns to the Property Manager
• Maintain communal spaces such as bin stores, car parks, and cycle storage areas to high standards
• Administer fob and key controls
• Replace light bulbs when required to maintain proper lighting
• Deliver courteous, knowledgeable, and professional customer service to residents
• Address inquiries and repair issues promptly and according to service level agreements
• Ensure the property remains a safe living and working environment managed in line with prescribed procedures
• Take meter readings as necessary

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient English language skills necessary to communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and contractors professionally
• Prior experience in a comparable caretaking or property maintenance role is essential
• Experience with lone working is advantageous
