Job Overview
Games Workshop is seeking a dedicated Site Security Operative to join their experienced team at the Lenton Head Office in Nottingham. This role involves safeguarding the manufacturing, distribution, and public areas of the site, ensuring the safety and smooth operation of the facility at all times.
Key Responsibilities
You will provide vigilant security services to staff and visitors, maintaining monitoring systems and supervision of the premises. Flexibility to cover shifts, including potential assignments at the East Midlands Gateway site during holiday periods, is required.
Requirements
- Possession of an SIA Door Supervisor license is mandatory.
- Ability to stay resolute and focused under variable workload conditions.
- Strong commitment to safety and welfare of employees and visitors.
- Demonstrated resilience, decisiveness, and a personable approach to foster a secure and welcoming environment.
- Flexibility to work a 12-hour shift pattern alternating 4 days and 4 nights (06:30-18:30 and 18:30-06:30).
