About the Role
Games Workshop operates over 550 stores worldwide, serving as gateways into the immersive universes of Warhammer. These stores offer enthusiasts the ideal environment to explore miniatures and delve into Warhammer lore. Staff are the initial ambassadors who introduce customers to these worlds and support their hobby pursuits.
We seek a committed individual to manage our single-staffed Warhammer store in Siegen. This role involves personally welcoming customers, providing hands-on hobby advice, and fostering an engaging, enjoyable atmosphere to nurture and expand the Warhammer community locally.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage independently in store operations while maintaining high professional and organizational standards.
- Create positive and memorable interactions with customers, assisting them in discovering and enjoying Warhammer.
- Make proactive decisions that contribute to store growth and sustain the hobby's vitality in the region.
