Role Summary
Lead and develop retail activation initiatives that integrate sales, marketing, and retail partnerships to foster brand and category expansion. Manage retailer media strategies and oversee comprehensive online and in-store activations. Drive shopper marketing and brand management projects, leveraging data insights to guide brand growth strategies. This role embodies leadership, strategic risk-taking, and innovation.

Qualifications
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
- A university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and ideally 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in shopper marketing and brand management, understanding the purchase journey.
- Strong leadership with visionary, strategic, and courageous capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills to convert data into actionable shopper insights.
- Proven ability to promote innovation and growth through effective shopper activation tactics.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with sales and retail partners.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Experience in e-commerce or media is a beneficial addition.
