Job Responsibilities
- Devise and execute a comprehensive full-funnel social media strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
- Generate, edit, and disseminate compelling content including text, images, videos, and news that represent the brand’s tone and message consistently.
- Establish and maintain processes to interact actively and responsively with the online community by addressing queries and comments promptly.
- Monitor key performance indicators like engagement levels and traffic, employing data-driven insights to refine and optimize social media campaigns.
- Keep abreast of emerging social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and new digital technologies to maintain competitive positioning.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to uphold brand consistency across all platforms.
- Plan, manage, and oversee budgets for social media advertising initiatives such as paid promotions on platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers to broaden the brand’s digital presence.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- In-depth familiarity with major social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Strong skills in crafting persuasive copywriting and storytelling tailored to the brand, including the development of detailed content briefs and integrated content plans.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and native platform insights tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite) for performance tracking.
- A Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related discipline.
- Tier 1 MBA specializing in Marketing or equivalent experience in managing media or brand strategy at another company.
