About the Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead a proactive, consultative, and comprehensive executive recruitment process to attract and engage top-tier senior leadership. This role advances executive recruiting as a center of excellence through the development of people, processes, and innovative tools, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and standardized evaluation procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise hiring leaders on search strategies, efficient processes, and current market and hiring trends.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including initial briefings, job requirement analysis, candidate sourcing, resume evaluation, preliminary interviewing, candidate recommendations, and coordinating job offer negotiations.
  • Identify, attract, and present highly qualified passive candidates.
  • Assess candidates, recommend suitable hires to managers, oversee evaluation processes, and provide candidate feedback.
  • Collaborate with sourcing teams to develop strategies that build a diverse and qualified talent pipeline meeting hiring goals.
  • Partner with compensation teams to guide competitive executive compensation packages.
  • Work closely with recruiting coordinators to deliver outstanding candidate interview experiences.
  • Manage relationships with external search firms as needed.
  • Maintain awareness of executive compensation trends to advise and review competitive job offers.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior recruitment staff, fostering a team environment based on client service, teamwork, and mutual respect.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum three years of total recruitment experience, including at least two years focused on executive talent acquisition.
  • Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with senior leaders and high-level candidates, with extensive experience managing entire recruitment cycles, advanced sourcing, and complex executive compensation negotiations.
  • Operationally skilled with Workday Recruiter, able to independently manage multiple priorities under pressure while demonstrating tactful, diplomatic, and persuasive communication.
