About the Role

Sana Tourism Company is a Saudi destination management company (DMC) that delivers end-to-end tourism solutions and creates integrated travel experiences for corporate clients, MICE events, B2B partners, and premium leisure travelers discovering Saudi Arabia’s diverse destinations. The company is hiring a Senior Sales Specialist to join its growing Riyadh team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients through email, WhatsApp, phone, and social media while maintaining a tailored and professional communication style.
  • Translate client needs into detailed, accurate, and high-quality proposals.
  • Implement sales plans that support the company’s direction, commercial goals, and revenue growth targets.
  • Spot emerging market opportunities and monitor industry movements to help strengthen market presence.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with key clients, partners, travel agencies, and tour operators.
  • Assist with planning and arranging activities and support the Saudi Seasons calendar.
  • Coordinate closely with the marketing and operations teams to deliver a strong customer experience.
  • Keep sales activity logs current, complete, and accurate.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
  • 2 to 4 years of professional experience in tourism, corporate travel, or MICE.
  • Professional-level fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong capabilities in negotiation, communication, and contract handling.
  • Preference for candidates with an established professional network in Riyadh.
