Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Contracts Specialist responsible for managing all stages of contract administration—from drafting, redlining, negotiation, to finalizing and organizing contracts. This position demands a strong grasp of contract law, excellent organizational abilities, and collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will support our legal team in a dynamic global cybersecurity tech environment. You will adopt a proactive "deal doer" mindset to expedite sales closings while safeguarding the company’s interests and mitigating risks through contracts. Expertise in negotiating cloud/SaaS and software licensing agreements with major Fortune 100 and 500 clients is essential, along with a passion for creating win-win contractual solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, revise, and negotiate a variety of contracts including SaaS/cloud software agreements and NDAs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards, company policies, and applicable US regulations.
  • Work closely with sales, finance, IT, and compliance teams to align contract terms with business requirements.
  • Leverage contract lifecycle management (CLM) and legal technologies to streamline contract workflows.
  • Evaluate and reduce contractual risks, suggesting enhancements to contract templates and processes.
  • Stay informed on relevant technology, cybersecurity, and privacy developments impacting contract negotiations.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree as a minimum educational qualification.
  • At least six years of experience negotiating Cloud/SaaS contracts, preferably within related industries.
  • Basic understanding of GDPR and privacy clauses within agreements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Salesforce, and contract management systems.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud/SaaS and software license agreement provisions and skill to negotiate independently with large enterprise customers.
