In this position, you will partner closely with your squad to support strong product delivery through clear communication, risk reduction, quality control, and reliable execution. What you will do

  • Gather, clarify, and document business needs, including present-state and future-state analysis, while also suggesting practical improvements to existing processes.

  • Operate within an Agile environment and use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mural, or comparable backlog-management platforms; training can be provided where needed.
  • Create epics and user stories, define acceptance criteria, run story refinement sessions, and present sprint outputs during demos.
  • Facilitate core Agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning, release planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Carry out business acceptance testing end to end and maintain complete traceability of test cases.
  • Surface client concerns and delivery blockers quickly to the squad lead and team, then help drive timely resolution.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally, including the ability to condense and interpret information for subject matter experts and business partners.
  • Coordinate dependencies across teams and manage several assignments at the same time.
  • Demonstrate leadership by guiding peers and using sound judgment to handle team conflicts.
