Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Team Leader to lead on-ground sales activity in Bengaluru. This is a revenue-oriented leadership position where you will recruit, coach, and supervise a team of 10 to 12 Business Executives, own monthly revenue targets, expand presence across Bangalore retail stores, and personally drive sales by presenting ChattyBao's offerings to prospects.
