Overview
This full-time, on-site Sales Supervisor position located in Dubai involves leading and supporting a sales team to meet revenue and growth objectives for RX Plus compounding pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee sales activities and set performance targets.
- Monitor sales metrics and provide coaching and constructive feedback to team members.
- Manage customer accounts to ensure excellent service quality.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Analyze market trends and prepare sales performance reports.
- Coordinate efforts with internal departments and contribute to training and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong capabilities in team management and training to lead and motivate a sales force effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service aptitude for managing client relationships professionally.
- Well-developed analytical abilities to interpret sales data and facilitate data-driven decisions.
- Experience in sales supervision or leadership roles, ideally within healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales goals with strong organizational attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic office software like spreadsheets and presentations is preferred.
