About the Role
This position focuses on driving life insurance sales through direct selling, lead creation, and customer acquisition. The role is suited to candidates who can actively build business, nurture client connections, and work toward monthly targets while delivering a strong customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be expected to identify prospects, convert leads into business, and support life insurance sales growth. Maintaining long-term customer relationships and meeting assigned sales goals are central to the role.
- Develop life insurance business through direct sales activities.
- Generate leads and convert them into productive customer opportunities.
- Acquire new customers while strengthening existing relationships.
- Work toward and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Provide courteous and effective service to customers throughout the sales process.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should be graduates with at least 6 months of experience in BFSI sales. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities are important for success in this role. The age bracket for applicants is 21 to 34 years.
Additional Information
Compensation: INR 2,75,000 to 4,00,000 per year.
