About the Role
This position focuses on growing the retail asset loan portfolio for consumer durable financing in Ahmedabad. The role involves working with DST partners as well as dealer and store channels to source business and support end-to-end customer acquisition.
What You’ll Do
- Expand retail asset loan business through DSTs and dealer/store networks.
- Identify, onboard, and coordinate with channel partners to generate business.
- Acquire new customers and support them through the loan journey.
- Work toward monthly disbursement and business targets.
- Help maintain portfolio health and quality.
- Develop and sustain productive relationships with customers and channel partners.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant is a graduate or postgraduate with 0–2 years of experience in banking, NBFCs, retail finance, or financial services. Fresh graduates with a PGDM in Finance or Marketing are also eligible to apply.
Additional Information
Location: Ahmedabad, India.
Salary range: INR 3,50,000 to 6,00,000 per year.
