Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Sales Officer to join our team in Ludhiana, Punjab. This role involves spearheading new business initiatives while nurturing existing client relationships to boost company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate fresh business prospects to expand market reach.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets on monthly, quarterly, and yearly bases.
- Establish and sustain strong connections with both existing and potential customers.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer demands and monitor competitor tactics.
- Prepare and present compelling product demonstrations and sales proposals.
- Negotiate agreements and successfully close sales transactions.
- Promptly respond to lead inquiries and customer communications.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions through CRM software.
- Generate comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to inform management decisions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee timely delivery of offerings.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking occasions as necessary.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging between 20000 and 30000 INR.
