Role Overview

Ghezaa is seeking a Sales Manager – RECA to oversee one of the market’s most fast-paced and competitive segments. The position is focused on driving sales volume, widening account coverage, and increasing category share across restaurant groups, café chains, and coffee brands.

  • 20% New business acquisition, including onboarding new restaurant groups and winning business from existing suppliers.

  • 10% Commercial execution, including pricing decisions, deal structuring, and margin management.
