Role Overview
We are searching for a dynamic and meticulous Sales Coordination Intern to facilitate our sales team’s effectiveness. This role is pivotal in accelerating sales outreach for our life-preserving technologies, offering insight into the mechanisms of international B2B sales operations. It involves administrative and operational tasks that support the entire sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and audit CRM data within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy of lead information, account management, and contact details.
- Assist in developing tailored customer-facing content such as presentations, case studies, and technical documents targeting industries like Mining, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing.
- Support administrative processes including preparation of sales quotations, non-disclosure agreements, and fundamental service contracts.
- Help Sales Managers monitor deal progression to guarantee timely follow-ups on leads.
- Conduct market research to gather competitive intelligence and track industry trends to sharpen our value offerings.
- Facilitate seamless communication between Sales and Customer Success teams to enhance customer experience post-sale.
Candidate Profile
- Currently a student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Driven by the mission to contribute to life-saving work.
- Proficient with Excel and enthusiastic about learning CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data integrity.
- Exhibits a humble, motivated attitude with strong emotional intelligence to collaborate across diverse, global teams.
