About the Role
WUJOD Real Estate Development L.L.C in Dubai is looking for a meticulous and organized Sales Administrative Coordinator to join their expanding team. This crucial position supports the sales department by ensuring all documentations, client files, and property transactions are managed with high accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain broker registrations and accurate supporting documentation.
- Prepare key sales documents including sales offers, booking forms, Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs), and transaction paperwork.
- Handle the processing of No Objection Certificates (NOCs) alongside necessary approvals.
- Collaborate with brokers, clients, and the internal sales team to streamline transactions.
- Keep detailed records within the CRM system, as well as client and broker databases.
- Deliver daily administrative support, generate reports, and follow up as necessary for the sales team.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of one year of professional experience in sales administration, coordination, or real estate support roles.
- Hands-on experience prepping sales offers, booking forms, SPAs, and NOCs.
- Exceptional attention to detail with an ability to safely handle confidential contracts and data.
- Strong organizational capabilities to manage numerous transactions concurrently.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English, with knowledge of Arabic considered advantageous.
- Competence in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with broker registration procedures, Dubai Land Department (DLD), Trakheesi processes, and sales documentation workflows.
- Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently under deadline pressures.
- Team-oriented mindset with a diligent approach to accuracy and task completion.
Compensation and Work Conditions
The position offers a monthly salary estimated between AED 5,000 and AED 10,000 with additional benefits. Employment is full-time and requires onsite presence in Dubai.
