Human Resources Specialist

About the Role

Fundamental Hospitality is strengthening its head office team in Dubai by recruiting an experienced Human Resources Specialist. This role is tailored for an HR expert familiar with the UAE hospitality sector, passionate about fostering employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the workplace environment.

Key Duties

• Oversee daily HR operations and manage employee relations effectively.
• Guarantee adherence to UAE Labour Law, DIFC regulations, and organizational policies.
• Assist in payroll administration, WPS system operations, HRIS data handling, and visa processing activities.
• Draft, review, and administer employment contracts along with maintaining employee documentation.
• Keep accurate, confidential HR records in a professional manner.
• Support initiatives to deliver a rewarding employee experience throughout the company.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 3 to 5 years of human resources experience in the UAE, ideally within hospitality.
• Deep knowledge of UAE Labour Law, DIFC legislation, employment contracts, and handling employee relations.
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems, WPS compliance, HRIS platforms, and visa procedures.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Exhibit a high standard of professionalism and the capacity to manage confidential information responsibly.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
