Job Description

This role is pivotal for driving company revenue through proactive sales initiatives. You will be responsible for engaging potential clients, crafting compelling proposals and presentations, and meticulously planning your weekly sales cycle. This involves in-depth account mining, regular client meetings, and preparing comprehensive sales reports, including daily call logs, weekly summaries, sales projections, and monthly plans. Maintaining robust relationships with clients and agencies within your assigned portfolio is crucial. You will also be tasked with tracking market information, monitoring competitors, and understanding client brand expenditures to develop effective go-to-market strategies. A key aspect of the role involves identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling various media properties to create tailored solutions for clients. You will leverage media tracking to identify new prospects and collaborate with the programming team to develop spot/commercial briefs based on client and agency input. Ensuring the accurate generation of ROs and TOs, and proper scheduling of spots through the sales coordinator and scheduler is essential. You must maintain pricing integrity according to set targets. Furthermore, you will conceptualize and execute multimedia campaigns, integrating on-ground activities, digital content, media, and PR to bring core brand creatives to life. Prompt follow-up and timely collection of payments, including sending reminders to clients and agencies, are also key responsibilities.
