About the Role
If you're passionate about assisting individuals facing challenging situations, this opportunity as a Job File Coordinator with SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon might be the perfect fit. This role is dedicated to contributing to the mission of restoring fire and water damage properties to a condition "Like it never even happened." You will play a crucial role in providing excellent service and operational support within the franchise.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients.
- Clearly communicate claim-related details to clients.
- Accurately enter detailed data into relevant systems.
- Take full ownership of assigned jobs through to completion.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.
- Provide assistance to other departments when needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Willingness and ability to master new software platforms.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative or office-related roles.
- Prior experience in customer service, quality assurance, or scheduling is advantageous.
- Previous work experience in a service industry setting is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including clear pronunciation and professional tone.
- Polite and confident demeanor emphasizing superior customer service, active listening, and effective questioning.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in stressful or challenging situations.
- Strong organizational capabilities with keen attention to detail.
- Highly self-driven and goal-oriented attitude.
- Capability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused office atmosphere.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Open to learning specialized software including Xactimate® and proprietary tools.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or GED preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
