Role Overview
We are expanding by creating a dedicated marketing recruitment desk and seek an individual to lead and manage it comprehensively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and operate a marketing recruitment desk from scratch.
- Secure client mandates through personal business development efforts and cultivate existing relationships.
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle: briefing clients, sourcing candidates, screening, presenting options, and closing deals.
- Establish and nurture a network of marketing candidates and pipelines.
- Support PRC's external market positioning through creating content and insights on professional platforms.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within marketing, sales, or commercial sectors.
- Proficient in independent business development beyond candidate placement.
- Comfortable engaging directly with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Highly self-driven and adaptable to work autonomously within a small team without extensive managerial layers.
- Located in or within commuting distance to Naas, County Kildare.
