Overview
We are partnering with a prominent organisation to hire multiple Recruitment Consultants to strengthen our expanding in-house talent team based in Newcastle with hybrid working (one day per week onsite). This role offers a salary between A345,000 and A355,000, complemented by an attractive benefits package.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for various positions within professional services and corporate functions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of recruitment needs and provide market-related insights.
- Actively identify and source specialist candidates through targeted headhunting techniques.
- Develop and nurture talent pipelines to meet both current and future hiring demands.
- Lead internal and external recruitment initiatives effectively.
- Compose and publish compelling job advertisements to attract qualified applicants.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with agreed timelines and service standards.
- Compile and deliver recruitment analytics, reports, and regular hiring progress updates.
- Enhance candidate experience and optimize recruitment processes continuously.
- Simultaneously manage multiple vacancies while offering consultative support to stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Proven recruitment experience within sectors such as professional services, business services, corporate functions, or niche disciplines.
- Strong skills in sourcing and headhunting targeted talent.
- Exposure to recruiting across a broad range of business and support functions.
- Experience within an RPO or internal Talent Acquisition setting.
- Adeptness at working in a structured, process-oriented environment.
- Competence in using recruitment metrics and data to shape hiring decisions.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent organisational capabilities to handle a demanding and diverse workload.
