Aquent is seeking a commercially driven Recruitment Consultant to create and grow their own market. Rather than working from incoming briefs, you’ll identify opportunities early, understand the hiring needs behind business events such as funding rounds, acquisitions, and AI projects, and turn that insight into new business.

This position is designed for someone who enjoys building from scratch: developing a desk, expanding a client base, and shaping their own success with support from a well-established global brand and modern AI-powered sourcing tools.
