Real Estate Telecaller

About the Role

NextGen Staffing is recruiting for an enthusiastic and confident Real Estate Telecaller to join their expanding team located in Olpad, Surat. This position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹20,000, coupled with appealing incentives. The working hours are fixed from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in properties.
• Follow up diligently on leads acquired through online platforms and marketing efforts.
• Provide detailed information on properties including pricing and current promotions to clients.
• Arrange site visits for clients who show interest in the properties.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up reports using CRM or Excel.
• Develop and sustain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate efficient lead conversion.
• Meet daily call targets and monthly goals for conversions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience between 6 months to 2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales; experience in real estate telecalling is preferable.
• Proficient communication skills in Hindi are mandatory; knowledge of Gujarati and English is advantageous.
• Basic competency in MS Excel and CRM software usage.
• A positive, energetic attitude with strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to perform excellently within a target-driven environment.
