Job Overview

We are seeking motivated Retail Sales Officers for roles at Ratnam Enterprise, Tanishq (locations at Ghod Dod Road & Adajan), Caratlane (Ghod Dod Road & Adajan), and Mia (Adajan), all situated in Surat, Gujarat. Candidates with graduate or undergraduate qualifications are welcome to apply.

Key Accountabilities

• Engage customers proactively to drive sales through suggestive selling and sharing detailed product insights.
• Identify customer needs by building rapport through genuine conversations and trustworthy recommendations.
• Successfully convert leads into sales while promoting up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Assist in managing inventory by maintaining back stock and organizing merchandise presentations on the sales floor.
• Perform comprehensive stock counts and ensure inventory records are accurate.
• Conduct follow-ups with potential customers who did not make a purchase to encourage future sales.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with digital tools, including social media platforms and basic computer operation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Compensation

The salary range offered is INR 18,000 to 31,000 per month.
