Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Authenticate customers' identities, addresses, employment status, and income prior to sanctioning loans.
• Perform field inspections and verify associated documentation thoroughly.
• Detect fraudulent loan submissions and escalate suspicious activities promptly.
• Collaborate effectively with dealerships, sales personnel, and vendors during verification processes.
• Compile detailed verification reports and ensure timely submission in line with stipulated turnaround times.
• Adhere strictly to company guidelines and regulations set by the Reserve Bank of India.
• Maintain systematic records and provide assistance during audits as necessary.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient communication abilities, preferably in Kannada and English for the Bengaluru location.
• Fundamental understanding of vehicle loans and necessary documentation requirements.
• Strong attention to detail paired with analytical problem-solving skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel to conduct on-site verifications.
• Basic proficiency in computers, including MS Excel.
