Position Summary

We seek a committed Quality Assurance professional to uphold the excellence of our products and services. Responsibilities include test design, execution, defect tracking, and close collaboration with product and development teams to ensure superior user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement detailed test strategies, cases, and scripts for new and existing functionalities.
• Conduct multiple testing types including functional, regression, integration, system, and performance checks on web, mobile, and backend platforms.
• Log and monitor software defects with detailed reproduction steps using tracking systems.
• Work alongside product managers and developers to comprehend requirements and confirm test readiness.
• Engage in design and code reviews to advise on quality and preempt issues.
• Enhance testing methods, tools, and procedures continually.
• Analyze outcomes, prepare reports, and communicate findings effectively to teams.
• Keep abreast of quality assurance best practices and emerging technology trends.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of three years' experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing, ideally within e-commerce or technology firms.
• In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles and testing approaches.
• Skilled in designing/executing test plans, defect identification, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with test and bug tracking tools such as Jira and TestRail.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools like Selenium or Appium is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication abilities and teamwork skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a drive toward quality excellence.
