Role Overview

In this role, you will oversee all items stocked in our villas, managing procurement from guest essentials like soaps and linens to furniture and decorative interior elements, ensuring both premium quality and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and negotiate with suppliers for guest amenities, soaps, linens, and cleaning materials.
• Source furniture, decor, and various interior elements for villa setups and periodic refreshes.
• Maintain and nurture vendor relationships, monitor pricing structures, and manage lead times effectively.
• Keep track of inventory levels, handle reorder processes, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure all procured items align with brand standards and meet quality expectations.

Candidate Requirements

• 1 to 2 years or more of experience in purchasing, procurement, or retail buying domains.
• Strong eye for quality and the ability to select tasteful, brand-appropriate products.
• Excellent negotiation capabilities and vendor management skills.
• Highly organized, dependable, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, and proficient in English.
