Key Responsibilities

• Perform sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping of storage units, hallways, restrooms, and elevators
• Manage trash disposal effectively
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments when needed
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The role involves moderate hazards requiring safety measures such as protective gear including masks, goggles, gloves, or shields due to exposure to machinery, fumes, or chemicals. Physically, the job demands standing for long periods, moving outdoors, reaching varied heights, and handling equipment that may weigh at least 50 pounds, either with or without assistance.
