Project Manager

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Apply your technical project management expertise along with strong interpersonal skills.

• Handle all contract-related activities including risk management, preparation, execution, and control.
• Progressively take on projects of increasing size and complexity upon demonstrating competence.

Qualifications and Experience

• Expert-level skills in project management covering preparation, quality assurance, structural planning, risk management, contracts, cost control, leadership, teamwork, communication, conflict resolution, and negotiations.
• Fluent English communication, both spoken and written.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent project management qualification.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with knowledge of principles, methodologies, and tools.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in sectors such as heavy lifting, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports, or mining.
• Strong leadership abilities to effectively guide and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Financial competence to oversee project budgets responsibly.
• Flexibility to travel and work at different project sites based on project demands.
