Job Overview
CoorB is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to aid in the efficient planning, execution, and delivery of projects focused on financial technology. This position will involve collaboration with Project Managers and key teams including Engineering, Product Development, Quality Assurance, and Business units to ensure project activities are well-coordinated, monitored, and documented, fostering clear communication among stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Organize and synchronize project tasks to guarantee timely completion aligned with set goals.
- Support Project Managers by assisting in planning, scheduling, and tracking key deliverables and milestones.
- Prepare and conduct various project meetings such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint retrospectives, and reviews.
- Generate meeting agendas, capture meeting notes, and track follow-up activities effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation including plans, status reports, risk and issue registers.
- Monitor project progress and communicate any updates, risks, or dependencies to relevant stakeholders promptly.
- Collaborate with diverse teams including Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, and Business to ensure smooth project workflows.
- Assist in managing resource allocation and monitor deadlines and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Help with tracking change requests and support governance protocols within projects.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements to enhance project management efficiency and team collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management office roles, software delivery, or similar positions in a technology-driven environment.
- Fundamental knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Hands-on experience with project management and collaborative platforms like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or Trello.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail combined with problem-solving aptitude.
