Role Overview

You will be responsible for defining and owning the product strategy and roadmap for Peec AI's fundamental features, collaborating across multiple teams to deliver innovative solutions that elevate user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of product strategy and roadmap for core AI features at Peec AI.
Work with leadership to develop clear product requirements and define criteria for success.
Partner with Data, Engineering, Sales, and Growth teams to design, build, and launch feature improvements with high quality.
Perform comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to guide product decisions and spot new opportunities.
Engage daily with the product to gain thorough insight into user interactions and identify areas for enhancement.

Candidate Profile

Have between 2 to 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in dynamic technology businesses.
Demonstrated experience working in Product-Led Growth (PLG) contexts, focusing on user onboarding, activation, adoption, and retention.
Value sleek, user-centric designs and strive to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Possess solid knowledge of artificial intelligence, large language models, or search technology.
Be a strategic thinker with practical skills to translate broad visions into detailed implementation plans.
Have strong communication abilities to align diverse stakeholders and teams effectively.
Show enthusiasm for learning about user needs and addressing them through innovative product development.
