Overview
The Live Big team is looking to hire passionate Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners for full-time or part-time roles (minimum of 3 days per week) within the Perth region, south of the river. This position involves working collaboratively with a supportive team dedicated to growth and impactful client outcomes.
Key Duties
- Work closely with colleagues who foster your professional development and value your contributions.
- Conduct thorough client assessments, develop treatment and therapy plans based on evidence, and produce clinical reports for individuals with disabilities.
- Keep precise and up-to-date client records.
- Provide services sensitive to the cultural, linguistic, and unique needs of each client.
- Coordinate appointments and communicate efficiently with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to uphold best practices.
- Deliver support in compliance with applicable laws and standards, including the NDIS Practice Standards.

Candidate Profile
- Registered with NDIS as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner - Core level or higher; candidates with relevant experience and suitable certification may also be considered.
- Preferably at least six months experience in a comparable position.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Current clearance or willingness to obtain Working With Children Check, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Check.
- Previous involvement with NDIS or community services is advantageous.
