Key Responsibilities
- Optimize service parts inventory by ensuring correct parts are allocated appropriately to meet business needs.
- Analyze historical demand and future business forecasts to enhance accuracy and manage fluctuations.
- Oversee inventory management, monitoring turns, surpluses, and obsolescence.
- Plan inventory for new fabrication facilities and production ramp-ups.
- Coordinate inventory management for effective service agreement fulfillment in partnership with Field Service teams.
- Utilize strong analytical capabilities to investigate causes of order fulfillment shortfalls and execute corrective measures.
- Maintain and communicate key performance indicators related to planning both internally and externally.
- Employ ERP planning systems, inventory optimization software, and data visualization tools for efficient operations.
- Align external business requirements with internal resources to establish a consistent and sustainable workflow.
- Manage critical escalations by accurately identifying issues, developing actionable plans, and proposing process improvements for both immediate and long-term benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
- 3 to 8 years’ professional experience, ideally within the semiconductor sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing stakeholders, strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficient in data analysis tools including Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Python.
