Job Overview

We are looking for a Personaldisponent to support staffing operations in Berlin. The role sits within a growing personnel services company and offers a broad mix of recruiting, coordination, and client-facing responsibilities.

What You Will Do

• Source and recruit employees for temporary staffing assignments.
• Conduct interviews, manage contract finalization, and support candidates throughout their assignments.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers, applicants, employees, and public authorities.
• Receive assignments, maintain records, and organize staffing schedules.
• Ensure that all tariff-related and legal requirements are followed.

Profile We Are Looking For

• You have completed training as a personnel services specialist or another commercial apprenticeship.
• You bring practical experience in temporary employment / employee leasing.
• You work diligently, reliably, and with enthusiasm.
• You are confident working independently and show initiative, creativity, and ownership in your approach.
• A valid Class B driving license is required.
