Job Overview
We are looking for a Personaldisponent to support staffing operations in Berlin. The role sits within a growing personnel services company and offers a broad mix of recruiting, coordination, and client-facing responsibilities.
What You Will Do
- Source and recruit employees for temporary staffing assignments.
- Conduct interviews, manage contract finalization, and support candidates throughout their assignments.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, applicants, employees, and public authorities.
- Receive assignments, maintain records, and organize staffing schedules.
- Ensure that all tariff-related and legal requirements are followed.
Profile We Are Looking For
- You have completed training as a personnel services specialist or another commercial apprenticeship.
- You bring practical experience in temporary employment / employee leasing.
- You work diligently, reliably, and with enthusiasm.
- You are confident working independently and show initiative, creativity, and ownership in your approach.
- A valid Class B driving license is required.
