Position Overview

The Overnight Cleaner plays a crucial role in maintaining impeccable cleanliness of all public spaces and service areas within the hotel throughout the night shift. This role ensures guests enjoy a pristine, comfortable environment contributing to an exceptional stay experience. The position is full-time and permanent, starting in Summer 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and organize all service areas such as the cart room, floors, rolling racks, garbage and recycling stations, and corridors.
• Maintain orderliness within service zones.
• Proactively enhance guest experience with personal touches when possible.
• Respect guest privacy and handle belongings with care while delivering outstanding service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills coupled with effective time management.
• Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Friendly, warm personality; prior housekeeping experience is advantageous.
• Attentive to guests' needs with a professional and welcoming demeanor.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay is $23.70 per hour, increasing after six months and annually up to three years, reaching a rate of $30.45.
