About the Role

The Byrne Hotel Group invites applications for the position of Operations Manager, an integral member of our senior leadership team. This role suits a hospitality expert dedicated to elevating guest experiences, leading motivated teams, and ensuring operational excellence.

Primary Duties

• Oversee daily hotel operations to guarantee efficient and seamless service delivery.
• Support and mentor managers across departments including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
• Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction by upholding superior service quality.
• Review and manage operational budgets, performance metrics, and departmental KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to health, food, and fire safety standards alongside company policies.
• Manage workforce recruitment, training, staffing, and foster employee engagement.
• Respond professionally to guest feedback and implement necessary service enhancements.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute strategies for operations.
• Optimize revenue generation while controlling operational expenses.
• Promote a positive, cooperative, and customer-centric work environment.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in Food & Beverage management is essential.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and team management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a proactive, hands-on style.
