Job Overview

We are seeking an Operations Executive specializing in supply chain to oversee people, systems, and business processes, ensuring accurate dispatch and receipt of goods while achieving productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine shipment records and validate delivery schedules.
• Manage inventory levels and replenish stock promptly.
• Continuously enhance operational processes and recommend efficiency gains.
• Streamline employee workflows and monitor critical warehouse KPIs.
• Maintain equipment functionality within the facility and coordinate with team members.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance assessment for new warehouse staff.
• Monitor fuel, storage, and vehicle maintenance expenses effectively.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in warehouse supervision or a comparable function.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Familiarity with process re-engineering techniques.
• Strong inventory management capability.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Effective time management along with excellent communication and interpersonal talents.
• A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
