Role Overview

The Office Manager role at our corporate headquarters is pivotal in managing site operations and employee experience initiatives. This position ensures a productive, inviting, and high-performing workplace by overseeing day-to-day operations, vendor relations, budgeting, and event coordination. Collaboration across departments such as Human Resources, IT, Finance, and Legal is essential to enhancing the overall work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily facilities operations at the corporate headquarters to ensure a safe and welcoming environment aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee the facilities' budget including forecasting, purchase orders, invoice handling, expense reconciliation, and managing vendor contracts.

Required Qualifications

  • At least five years’ experience in workplace operations, facilities management, hospitality, or office leadership in a dynamic corporate setting.
  • Proven skills in managing operational budgets, procurement, vendor contracts, and expense reconciliation.
  • Proficient with macOS, audiovisual tools, conference room systems, and enterprise software for productivity, collaboration, service management, procurement, and expense tracking.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities capable of balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with a customer-service focus across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to independently manage responsibilities with sound decision-making and influence cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Full-time onsite work capability Monday through Friday at the Denver corporate headquarters.
