Qualifications and Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in journalism, mass communication, or English is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effectively delivering stories.
- Proficiency with digital technologies such as video cameras, audio recording equipment, and social media channels is necessary.
- Previous practical experience gained through internships, college newspapers, or entry-level roles within newsrooms must be demonstrated.
Compensation
