Network Diploma Engineer Trainee

Position Summary

This role is suited for candidates with a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Communication Engineering aiming to begin their career in network operations. The candidate will focus on monitoring and supporting network performance within the Network Operations Center (NOC), handling customer queries, and ensuring timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls effectively, collaborating with Level 2 engineers to resolve issues.
• Oversee network and service monitoring for the designated operational area within the NOC.
• Track dashboards and key performance indicators associated with network functions.
• Raise internal team alerts upon crossing of performance thresholds.
• Manage trouble ticket alerts and resolve basic Level 1 issues promptly.
• Coordinate with regional circles regarding fiber optics, utility, and related concerns.
• Ensure that all customer problems are addressed within defined turnaround times and service level agreements.
• Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and analyze data to support troubleshooting and enhance NOC operations.

Compensation & Employment Details

This is a full-time, onsite position located in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. The monthly stipend ranges from INR 10,000 to INR 12,000.
