Overview

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist branch leadership in overseeing loan accuracy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high-quality control standards throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with branch employees to generate and share pipeline reports, while managing administrative functions related to loan files.
• Support branch accounting operations, including processing invoice payments and handling other financial duties.
• Develop a fundamental understanding of loan procedures such as applications, credit evaluation, disclosures, transcripts, and loan program criteria.
