Job Overview
This role involves managing the presentation and availability of company products at the point of sale to maximize sales and maintain brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up point-of-sale (POS) promotional materials effectively.
- Track and report on competitors' activities to the merchandising unit head.
- Ensure damaged or dirty product packets are removed from shelves and returned to the company.
- Verify that all company product variants and packaging sizes are available on shelves.
- Implement sales plano-grams and uphold shelf arrangements as dictated by shelf rent agreements.
- Confirm shelf prices are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain accurate records by completing customer cards.
- Initiate price fishing activities when required.
- Carry out monthly inventory counts at the POS locations.
Work Interactions
Maintains close coordination with the Merchandiser Unit Head, Product Supervisors, Sales, and Senior Product Supervisors. No external interactions are required.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: High School diploma.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar or related merchandising role.
