Role Responsibilities

• Inspect and unpack goods against purchase or repair orders and invoices.
• Assess received materials for any damage, quality issues, or compliance with standards.
• Keep precise records of incoming inventory and manage rejected items appropriately.
• Handle quarantined parts according to company protocols.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation.
• Perform regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with shipping software such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS is beneficial.
• Basic mathematical competency and adherence to company procedures.
• Customer-oriented mindset with professional interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in warehouse logistics or similar environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Hands-on experience or formal training in inventory management, stockroom operations, or shipping roles.

Physical and Other Requirements

• Capability to carry out lifting, pushing, or pulling tasks in line with manual handling standards.
• Availability and willingness to work during holidays, overtime, and assigned shifts.
• Successful clearance of security and background verification checks.
