Job Overview
This role involves field-based activities where the Medical Representative is responsible for engaging with doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies to educate and promote the company's pharmaceutical products. Maintaining strong professional relationships with healthcare providers is critical to the success of this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to medical professionals and healthcare facilities to explain and promote company medicines.
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with doctors and pharmacists to encourage prescription of the products.
- Provide detailed product information and address inquiries from healthcare professionals.
- Work towards achieving assigned sales targets in the designated territory.
- Keep track of competitor products and activities to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and submit reports related to sales and market feedback.
- Ensure availability and adequate stocking of company products in market locations.

- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with medical professionals.

Compensation
