About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the development and delivery of integrated marketing activity that strengthens brand presence and deepens customer engagement across multiple channels. This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with different teams.

Key Duties

  • Assist with shaping and rolling out the annual marketing calendar and plan.
  • Develop compelling video content and digital-first assets that align with brand direction.
  • Deliver coordinated campaigns across websites, digital advertising, email, social platforms, and print.
  • Run email marketing activity through Dotdigital, including monthly EDMs and promotional messages.
  • Be the main point of contact for external website and marketing agencies, including preparing briefs, joining work-in-progress meetings, and supporting website improvement initiatives.
  • Create polished print and digital materials using Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, as well as Canva.
  • Produce visuals for social media, email campaigns, and printed collateral.
  • Update website content, including product listings, images, and copy, in partnership with internal teams.
  • Coordinate the creation and ordering of stationery and other marketing materials.
  • Review marketing results and share insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Plan and deliver promotional initiatives such as supplier-driven campaigns, competitions, and giveaways.
  • Work closely with teams in purchasing, finance, and leadership to keep campaigns aligned with business priorities.

Requirements
